The Paso Robles Downtown Wine District is throwing its annual Wine Fest — The Downtown Vibe — on July 6th in the elegant Park Ballroom in Downtown Paso. 20+ downtown wineries will pour and snacks will be provided by some of your favorite downtown food purveyors. Choose one or all three events which will take place between 10am and 4pm, under one (air conditioned) roof!
- Bubbles Lounge with Brunchy Bites (10am-11:30am; $30) — Sparkling wines from Bushong, CaliPaso, Hayseed & Housdon, Hope on Park, Hoyt, Indigené, PasoSecco and Tank Garage with bites to grab from Chef Alma Ayón.
- Food & Wine Pairing (Noon-1:30pm; $40) — Wines from Indigene’, Sea Shell, Serial, Stilson, Symbiosis will be poured alongside Alma’s creations. Chef Alma Ayón and the winemakers will be there to discuss the pairings and why they work.
- Grand Tasting (1:30pm-4pm; $55 before June 15, $80 after ) — 20+ wineries will be pouring and there will be samples to snack on from various downtown restaurants.
