Estate Wine Tasting

Paso robles defined

Hosted on the original Hope Family Estate—where Chuck Hope planted his first vines in 1978—this seated, guided tasting features 4–5 wines from the Austin Hope portfolio. Each wine tells a story of place, craft, and the rebellious spirit that defines our approach to winemaking.

Tastings take place in one of our open-air cabanas, breezy bar seats, or laid-back lounges, with views of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. Our hospitality team is known for going above and beyond to create meaningful, memorable moments—whether you’re a seasoned collector or just curious about what’s in your glass.

Come for the wine. Stay for the experience. And don’t be surprised if you leave feeling like part of the family.
