Estate Wine Tasting
Paso robles defined
Hosted on the original Hope Family Estate—where Chuck Hope planted his first vines in 1978—this seated, guided tasting features 4–5 wines from the Austin Hope portfolio. Each wine tells a story of place, craft, and the rebellious spirit that defines our approach to winemaking.

Our hospitality team is known for going above and beyond to create meaningful, memorable moments—whether you’re a seasoned collector or just curious about what’s in your glass.
