Black Glass Wine Tasting

EXPLORE YOUR SENSES — By Design

Wine isn’t always what it seems. In this experience, every pour arrives in a sleek black glass, removing the clues of color and appearance so your palate and nose do the work. Our wine stewards guide you step by step—aromas, textures, and flavors—so even first-timers discover something new.

You’ll laugh at your guesses, surprise yourself, and leave with a sharper sense of your palate. Each Black Glass Tasting includes a curated flight of Austin Hope wines, thoughtful guidance, and a reveal moment guests always remember.

Experience the Black Glass Tasting at Hope on Park, our downtown tasting room.

More about your tasting

Creative Space tastings take place at Hope on Park, our downtown Paso Robles tasting room located directly across from the city park. Public parking is available around the downtown park, with several lots just a short walk away.

Please note: this is a different location than the Austin Hope & Treana Tasting Cellar on Live Oak Road.

Every Creative Space tasting is designed to be immersive, unhurried, and by design. Experiences last a minimum of 2.5 hours, giving our stewards the flexibility to tailor the flow, the wines, and the conversation to your group’s mood.

No two experiences at the Creative Space are alike. Think of it as a choose-your-own-adventure in wine—a guided flight of 5–6 Austin Hope wines, with a few surprise along the way.

Your host will shape the experience around your interests, whether you want to explore Paso terroir, discover cellar gems, or simply relax and enjoy.

Outside food isn’t permitted, but guests can order from our snack towers—rotating selections such as charcuterie, caviar, duck pâté, and other pairings designed to complement the wines.

Hope on Park is our design-driven hospitality space in the heart of Paso Robles. It’s where Austin Hope’s world comes to life—from intimate, customized tastings inside the Creative Space to casual glasses and small bites at our open-air Sidewalk Bar.

Whether you’re here to dive deep into wine or simply soak up downtown Paso’s energy, Hope on Park is meant to feel rare, not rarefied—cool in style, warm at heart.
