At Hope Family Wines, we offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all our wines you purchase from us.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at 805.238.4112 or email [email protected] within a year of purchase and we’ll happily send you a replacement.
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from Hope Family Wines, however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants; please contact the retailer directly if you have any issues. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who are attempting to abuse the policy.
