Queen Honey

As part of our regenerative farming journey, we introduced honeybee hives to the Hope Family estate—essential pollinators that now support a thriving, biodiverse vineyard ecosystem.

The result is Queen Honey: raw, wildflower honey harvested right here in Paso Robles.

Named in honor of Marlyn Hope, the Hope family’s matriarch, this honey pays tribute to the warmth, strength, and leadership she’s brought to our family and farm. Like the queen bee, she’s the heart of it all.

This honey is more than a product. It’s a tribute—to heritage, to stewardship, and to the powerful women who hold it all together.

How to care for your honey:

To properly care for your honey, store it in a cool, dark, dry place at room temperature in a tightly sealed glass container, away from direct sunlight and heat sources; avoid refrigerating honey as the cold temperature can cause it to crystallize, and only heat it gently when necessary to maintain its quality and flavor.

Crystallization: Crystallization is a natural process and doesn’t mean the honey is spoiled. To re-liquefy, place the jar in warm water.
