  • Ingredients:
  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Cotija cheese (optional)
  • Cilantro + lime wedges to garnish

Instructions:

Brush with chipotle butter, sprinkle Cotija and cilantro, serve with lime wedges and a pour of Cab.

Mix butter with chipotle powder and lime juice.

Grill corn over medium heat, turning until charred.
