A dry European-style rosé made with Paso Robles flair, the Mourvèdre and Grenache are grown on our Estate vineyard in the Templeton Gap and from a vineyard located in the Estrella district. Soils at our Estate vineyard are alluvial loam to clay loam while the soils in the Estrella district vineyard are sandy loam. The emphasis here is on elegance and minerality, with luscious flavors of strawberry and citrus. Crisp, refreshing and delicate—but not to be taken lightly. We recommend enjoying now through 2028!

Sauvignon Blanc

We source our Sauvignon Blanc from two districts: the Paso Robles Highlands district and the Estrella district. The key to growing quality Sauvignon Blanc along the Central Coast is to carefully manage the vine’s canopy, allowing for plenty of shade coverage in the warmer areas and for good airflow to the clusters that let the tropical flavors develop. We compliment this native character with partial barrel aging, which rounds out the texture while imparting subtle impressions of French oak. The result is a uniquely complex Sauvignon Blanc. The standard for luxury Cabernet Sauvignon in Paso Robles, this ninth vintage of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon is carefully sourced from vineyards from all over the Paso Robles AVA.  The 2023 vintage was sourced from six of the eleven Paso Robles districts, this wine is synonymous with Austin’s personal quest to elevate Paso Robles on the world stage. Dark ruby in color, the 2023 Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of freshly picked black currants and ripe blackberries, with subtle notes of violets, mocha, and dried spices.  When to enjoy:  now through 2037!

Petite Sirah/Lagrein

Both of these varietals are sourced from the Paso Robles Highlands district. The Petite Sirah vineyard is located along a sandy riverbed with low intervention farming resulting in intense color and structure. The Lagrein is grown on a well-known vineyard that is one of the very few vineyards to plant Lagrein in California. At elevations of 1600’ with cooling afternoon breezes. Rich yet balanced, it finishes long with lingering notes of dark fruit and spice. When to enjoy: now through 2035.

We source this Graciano from a high elevation vineyard in the Paso Robles Highlands district where soils are thin and full of ancient seabed matter, allowing the vines to self-regulate with vigor and fruit ratios. The 2023 Graciano displays a dark purple hue. Violet and black plum aromas mingle with hints of vanilla. Lucious flavors of Bing cherry, blackberry and cinnamon are met by soft supple tannins that linger beautifully. When to enjoy:  now through 2037!

We sourced this Malbec from two vineyard sites, both located in the Estrella district where soils are predominately Nacimiento-San Ysidro Complex. This soil series is well drained with well-integrated calcareous matter. A polished expression of Paso Robles Malbec, the 2023 vintage opens with lifted aromatics of fresh herbs and a savory earthiness. On the palate, bright plum, watermelon, and raspberry lead with freshness and energy, balanced by creamy vanilla from well-integrated oak. When to enjoy: now through 2035.

Three C’s

The inaugural vintage of Austin Hope’s Three C’s Blend (Carignan, Cinsaut and Counoise) is a vibrant, medium-bodied red wine. We traveled to the most southern boundary of the Santa Ynez Valley (Happy Canyon AVA) to two special vineyards planted with high quality in mind. Aromas of tart cherry and wild sage lead into a lively palate brimming with strawberry and subtle spice, all grounded by a hint of orange peel and cocoa. Fresh acidity and fine tannins make this expressive blend both food-friendly and effortlessly drinkable. When to enjoy:  now through 2033!

Effervescent Grenache

This Grenache comes from a storied vineyard in the Paso Robles Highlands District. The sandy-loam and somewhat gravelly soils are particularly suitable for Grenache. This spirited Grenache is a fun rendition of Austin Hope’s popular Grenache but with a slight effervescence. Inviting aromas of fresh bright red fruit evolve onto the pallet where flavors of ripe strawberry and Bing cherry elevate with a hint of spice. The wine finishes with a playful spritz and balanced acidity. This wine is made to be enjoyed as a chilled!  When to enjoy:  now through 2027!

Cabernet Sauvignon

 This blend is a true Paso Robles blend as we sourced from vineyards within several Districts all boasting great soil structures that have high concentrations of ancient seabed and are well-drained. The 2023 Treana Cabernet Sauvignon opens with warm aromas of black fruits, toasted oak, leather and black tea. A lusciously textured palate unfolds with flavors of black cherry, blackberry, and a hint of fresh tobacco. When to enjoy: now through 2033.
