Each fall, Paso Robles comes alive with the buzz of harvest. The Harvest Experience at Hope on Park brings that energy behind the glass, offering an immersive look at how Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon comes to life.
You’ll taste fresh grape juice alongside finished wines, handle clusters straight from the vineyard, and even learn the techniques we use—like berry sensory analysis and Brix testing—to decide the perfect moment to pick. Along the way, our stewards connect every step back to the glass in front of you, guiding you through a vertical of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon.
It’s hands-on, educational, and delicious—like a behind-the-scenes harvest celebration, right in downtown Paso Robles.

Where are your located?
Creative Space tastings take place at Hope on Park, our downtown Paso Robles tasting room located directly across from the city park. Public parking is available around the downtown park, with several lots just a short walk away.
Please note: this is a different location than the Austin Hope & Treana Tasting Cellar on Live Oak Road.
How long is this experience?
Every Creative Space tasting is designed to be immersive, unhurried, and by design. Experiences last a minimum of 2.5 hours, giving our stewards the flexibility to tailor the flow, the wines, and the conversation to your group’s mood.
What should I expect during my tasting?
No two experiences at the Creative Space are alike. Think of it as a choose-your-own-adventure in wine—a guided flight of 5–6 Austin Hope wines, with a few surprise along the way.
Your host will shape the experience around your interests, whether you want to explore Paso terroir, discover cellar gems, or simply relax and enjoy.
Are there food offerings?
Outside food isn’t permitted, but guests can order from our snack towers—rotating selections such as charcuterie, caviar, duck pâté, and other pairings designed to complement the wines.
