After harvest, vineyard lots were fermented individually in stainless-steel tanks for 10-14 days. Extended macerations and carefully managed pump overs enhanced the extraction of color and tannin. The varietals were aged separately for 8 months in a combination of 65% new American Oak. The initial blend was assembled in the summer of 2020 and added to 17% new French Oak to age an additional three months. The wine was racked only once during its cellar life.
